Jeffrey Rabin is of-counsel to the firm, and has been expertly representing clients in transactional and real estate matters for over 40 years.

Jeff practices primarily in representing parties to commercial real property and general business transactions, including major multi-family residential properties, purchase and sale agreements, easements, loan documents, partnership agreements and limited liability company operating agreements, retail, office, and industrial building leases, ground leases, agreements among tenants-in-common, architects' agreements and construction contracts.

By having served as borrower's counsel, bond counsel and disclosure counsel in numerous tax-exempt multi-family housing bond transactions, Jeff has developed special expertise in the field of multi-family housing, including low-income housing tax credit transactions. In addition, he has extensive experience representing cities, redevelopment agencies, and other public entities in a wide variety of real estate and business transactions. He has drafted and negotiated many disposition and development agreements for so-called "public-private partnerships," and other tax increment financing agreements for a wide variety of real estate developments.

Jeff has served on the board of directors and as an officer of several nonprofit corporations affiliated with the Los Angeles Jewish community, and is an alumnus of the Wexner Heritage program.
